SET/PROPS
-
How many people?
-
6 people
-
-
What’s in it for me?
-
You will be called the true saikang warrior. Also, this will be a good experience for you if you enjoy being behind the scenes at productions!
-
-
What do set/props subcommers do?
-
The set/props team build the sets and source for props together as a team. Some of them also double up as stage hands/twirlers during the show. This means they move the set around during the show to signal a transition or scene change.
-
There’ll be a mass brief/interview this Thursday for the set/props heads to talk to those who signed up!
-
-
What’s the commitment level?
-
Availability throughout recess week (23-30th Sept). Attend rehearsals and subcomm meeting as and when necessary.
-
-
Do you need prior skills/experience?
-
Prior skills are a plus, but definitely not necessary! You’ll need to be good with your hands, whether it’s in building or painting. (Note: some heavy lifting might be required)
-
-
Do we get to watch the show on 29/30 Sept?
-
Set/props will be backstage helping out during set changes, so nope :-( We promise you’ll get to watch it during rehearsals though :-)
