SET/PROPS
  • How many people?

    • 6 people

  • What’s in it for me?

    • You will be called the true saikang warrior. Also, this will be a good experience for you if you enjoy being behind the scenes at productions!

  • What do set/props subcommers do?

    • The set/props team build the sets and source for props together as a team. Some of them also double up as stage hands/twirlers during the show. This means they move the set around during the show to signal a transition or scene change.

    • There’ll be a mass brief/interview this Thursday for the set/props heads to talk to those who signed up!

  • What’s the commitment level?

    • Availability throughout recess week (23-30th Sept). Attend rehearsals and subcomm meeting as and when necessary.

  • Do you need prior skills/experience?

    • Prior skills are a plus, but definitely not necessary! You’ll need to be good with your hands, whether it’s in building or painting. (Note: some heavy lifting might be required)

  • Do we get to watch the show on 29/30 Sept?

    • Set/props will be backstage helping out during set changes, so nope :-( We promise you’ll get to watch it during rehearsals though :-)
